A construction law attorney with more than 25 years civil litigation experience, Kevin R. Carlin focuses his practice on representing contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and sureties in all aspects of construction disputes. Mr. Carlin is one of the few attorneys who has actually worked in the field on various types of residential, grading and large complex public works projects, accumulating over 10 years of practical, hands-on experience prior to his admission to practice law. This makes him uniquely qualified as a construction litigator as he is well-versed with construction processes and pitfalls.

His personal knowledge of the construction industry enables him to effectively counsel clients on legal issues arising from both public and private works of improvement.
