Our General Contractor, Soltek Pacific Construction Co. is looking to hire an administrative assistant who has working knowledge with subcontracts, lien releases, and daily reports. Skills required are a working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Prolog. Must be able to communicate clearly and have a good command of the English language. Will be interfacing with Accounting staff for AR Billings, AP Subcontractor Payments, and other jobsite team members.
